Everything on this menu was absolutely delicious and surprising. The ribs are usually not my choice of food , but this time I am happy that I listened to the rumors and tried them. Still seeing dreams about them (starting to be worrying really). I am definitely coming back. And bringing friends. The Texas drink deserves special mentioning.

Your ribs are the best I have ever eaten, not to mention your amazing cheesecake. I am a huge fan! X

I just had smoked bbq ribs and sides at one of the best BBQ restaurants in Austin, Texas and I can honestly say that Ossie's smoke bbq ribs, beans and potato salad at Bulelani Smoked BBQ are far better not to mention Ossie's secret BBQ sauce!. These were very good but I am proud to say ours are better!

I am no different than everybody else; WOW, the very very best ribs I ever tasted. If you go to one of the pop-up, take your time to enjoy the wonderful food. These ribs are excellent.
