Que 49 Smokehouse - Jonesboro

I enjoy exploring new BBQ restaurants, but there was something about this one that didn't quite meet my expectations. To start, the smoke flavor in my pulled pork was so muted that I could hardly tell it had been grilled. The original BBQ sauce had an unusual taste, and the coleslaw was similarly off-putting. While the baked beans had a great flavor, they were excessively sweet, making it hard for me to finish them. The queso fries were decent but could have benefited from a bit more cheese.

The ribs and potato salad are amazing! Be sure to try the cranberry BBQ sauce!

I ordered the brisket, fries, and pork skins. I would give the brisket 2 stars, the fries 4 stars, and the pork rinds 3 stars. The brisket was tough, lacked flavor, and didn't seem fresh compared to my previous experiences in the USA and overseas. I plan to give the restaurant another chance and will choose a different dish next time.

Absolutely yes! The hamburger is, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. Seriously. The turkey is also fantastic, and I really appreciate the platter option that comes with tortillas grilled to perfection. I tried both the potato salad and coleslaw, and I loved them both. I highly recommend this place!

This restaurant offers some of the best BBQ in Jonesboro. Their wings rank among the top one or two in the area.
