Mai Pai Thai - Jonesboro

The food is on point and the service is great! My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant. He got the yellow curry chicken and I got the drunken noodles.

Really yummy food. The curries here as well as the mango sticky rice were our favorites!

My family loves this place so much. I never wanted to try it but my husband convinced me to go. It’s now my favorite place to eat. I’ve never had one bad thing there and we are telling everyone we know how much we love it! The pineapple fried rice to die for. The beef and broccoli life changing. The tempura fried shrimp unreal. YOU GOTTA TRY IT. Spicy level #4 is good if you like a kick but can’t handle too much

We tried to dine here this evening after a long exhausting day of driving on our road trip. The place was not too busy and would be closing within the hour. We walked in and took a table. Oddly, none of the staff acknowledged us or brought water and menu. They were standing very close to where we were sitting but did not even look at us. Finally I went over to ask for menus. The server and cashier were bizarrely rude and said we hadn 't waited to be seated and should move our table if we wanted to be served! There were plenty of tables! They were hostile and instead of just saying sorry for not getting to our table, they dug in and said we shouldn 't have taken a table! Unbelievably rude and lacking any sense of customer service, frankly flat out stupid. Then the manager came out and instead of defusing the situation, made it worse. Of course we left after being treated so poorly when all we wanted was to have a nice dinner. Wacko staff and management can 't comment on the food because we had to leave! We don 't live in Jonesboro, but I would never go back to a place that doesn 't have a clue about how to treat a customer!
