Hilton Garden Inn - Jonesboro

Checked in 1st room found a hole in my bathroom ceiling. Shower chord was so short I couldn't stand under it or use it as a hand held. Room was covered in cigarette smoke. Changed rooms to find my refrigerator don't work and my shower flooded. Hotel staff at breakfast was rude and tried to charge me 12.50 for nasty breakfast. After having to move all our belongings to another room, we encountered several other issues. The TV had no sound, and it would turn off inexplicably, requiring us to wait for it to come back on—a frustrating experience in a king suite. Although the staff offered to switch rooms again, we were too exhausted to pack everything up once more. In addition, the hallway light flickered every time we used the microwave, and we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi due to persistent issues they couldn't resolve. As a result, we ended up using all of our mobile data. Breakfast, which cost $12.99, was disappointing. It was fine if you wanted fruit, muffins, or pastries, but the powdered eggs were terrible, although the bacon was good—albeit cold. As Hilton Honors members who usually stay at Hilton properties, I felt compelled to share this negative experience—something I typically prefer to avoid. For fellow Hilton Honors members, I would recommend considering the Hampton Inn in Jonesboro instead.

Paid king suite turned into a queen. The bed was lumpy and bumpy. The microwave wasn't plugged in. For over $200 you'd think you would get what you paid for. Not here. The front desk was awesome, but the help needs alot of work.

This hotel was great, it's very beautiful and they were even doing a remodel during our stay to make the entrance more glam. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even offering me their personal phone charger when I realized I had forgotten mine. We flew in on a personal aircraft and the hotel wasn't too far from the airport.

Nothing over the top great. It's in an alright area not by a lot besides banks. But you are around the corner of everything in the area. The rooms were good. The 3 stars are for the beds they are really nice and comfortable. They charge you extra for breakfast which for me is an issue. Being it's nothing special. No French toast etc in the buffet just common stuff. Breakfast is 12.99. also you have to let them know when you want your room cleaned if not stuff will pile up if you are staying longer than a few days.
