It's easy to not know that this place is here. The entrance doesn't really face the street, and it's sandwiched between other non-restaurant commercial space. However, this should tell you that they're doing a few things right, because many Jonesboro locals drop in every day.<br/ <br/ It's a great locally owned restaurant that offers a plate lunch with several options to choose from. It's not uncommon to see 3-4 proteins and 10-15 different vegetables to choose from. They also have some made to order items such as sandwiches and burgers. The dining space is nothing fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The food is good. It's a great hometown dining option with some simple country cooking.
Hidden Gem. I love hole in the wall places, and this is perfect! You have to know it's there to find it and all of the locals seem to love it. With daily lunch specials or a menu to choose from, there *will* be something you like. Food is fast and while, and the staff are friendly. There are ALWAYS a few (well fed) cops in the corner eating lunch a sure sign this place is a winner!!<br/ <br/ Save room for dessert the pie is as heavenly as you will find in Jonesboro.
Let's make this easy for you get the pie. And when we say get the pie, we mean you really need to try the peanut butter pie. Peanuts above, peanuts below, sweet and salty and full of yum.<br/
The food was delicious and made to order and the service and atmosphere was friendly all around! What a gem.
