Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

So excited they are finally open! Everyone was super friendly, like, above and beyond for sure, and the food was hot and tasty! Can't really ask for anything better; I had the California double with some cheese curds and the dirt and worms sundae! Yum, will definitely be back soon!

This was my first visit, and I have to admit I was impressed. Typically a chain burger joint is nothing grand. This place was delicious. Fries are thin and soooo good. The burgers are large and I really liked the meat they use and how they cook it differently than your average fast food restaurant. Staff was friendly and polite. Would recommend this location.

The sandwich was good but the fries was cold and old you can tell from the pictures.

Shut down permanently please. Took more than 5 minutes to be acknowledged and order taken. Only person in line with 3 tables full. Got my order fairly quick but couldn't eat the fries. Looks like they poured grease over them. All the grease shown in pictures. Not counting what the fries soaked up. Burger was paper thin and missing a large piece. Will be contacting corporate office

This place has went downhill significantly since they opened. Lobby was filthy, food all over the place. And this was 2 pm with nobody in there. Prices have increased dramatically. Used to me my daughter's favorite place for daddy/daughter date day, but I have since convinced her to go to another place. I worked fast food for several years. It's not that difficult to do your job correctly. Do better.
