A fantastic venue for children's birthday parties, complete with entertaining games that are also enjoyable for adults!

Terrible burned pizza at high price and problem with tickets when I tried to get total tickets my big daughter was won by the manager informed that you won only 1/2 amount of tickets thru the week, but there is no sign station g this. BIG RIPOFF

It was 6:00. Of course she has it LOVED! Your friends had a great time. However, it was not the careless bday experience promoted. For example, they were not very well organized at all. They had a kind of problem with another party at the same time, so we just had to sit and wait 20 minutes while they found things out. They didn't give my party their balloons, even though there were balloons sitting at an empty table over us, that I think we were sitting there for us, but the girl just forgot to bring them out, so they just sat there in the empty table. You have completely forgotten to leave my child in the ticket broker, instead of this experience it was offered only 200 points, although I asked to go on and make them the spotlight. The guests stood around and waited for about 30 minutes in all, before they finally had the tickets ready, and since they made the food last, my guests literally stood straight. I miss the days of the coins because you could buy an extra-100 and hand it over to the guests, but these cards they use now cut it out. The games are also a bit high. I wanted to buy a 31.00 lot of 90 and put some on several cards, they guy rudely told me that 's like 3 games everyone, he was just 't friendly or helpful. I got the 90 and put it on 3 cards, don't know the card and spool costs $3 extra per. Since none of their parties come with a good deal for adult guests, I ordered their 41.00 special, which gave my guests pizza and drinks... we ate of napkins because I could 't catch my party host to plates. And when STAR the show actually meant that my child shared the stage with 3 other parties and their name was mentioned at the end. Repent about 215.00 at a 6 day party that would have been good if all the other things were 't so messed up, that is still less than any other place in Jonesboro, but I think I would have the 260.00 Hyjinx party where you have actually planned everything so that you just arrive and enjoy. I was so stressed that I could not even enjoy the day, fortunately the children were in the sky as soon as they finally got their cards, so that waiting was quickly forgotten and for my 6yo it was still the best day ever. Not likely another party here. The pizza was good and the games that worked were funny.

We had a great time!! The staff was? SUPER? and the little young short girl with high voice was the SWEETEST and really made clear how things would go and we give her only a 10 out of 10!!! General Manager was new, but Super Cute for his over the hill. But he was so on earth and his crew was really a place we will definitely go back, even after we spent over $300. It is quite expensive, but this crew gives PRICELESS!!!

It's a Chuck E. Cheese, so you know what to expect. The pizza is not great, and many of the games were out of order. The prices are quite high, but the staff at the Jonesboro, AR location were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and made our visit enjoyable, being so patient with all the kids we brought along. That's why I rated it 4 stars. I also want to mention that the place was exceptionally clean. Plus, they had some really cool prizes! However, being a Chuck E. Cheese, the ticket payout and playtime were disappointing. My oldest nephew earned the most tickets, but only managed to get about 300 in an hour, despite having better-than-average scores. Most games only gave out 5-8 tickets. I appreciated the option to add cash for a better prize, as their prices for prizes were quite reasonable compared to what they charged for their plastic food.
