Fatburger - Johor Bahru

Eating was okay. but the staff was not very friendly and seemed somewhat impatient when we tried to place an order for 2 people. the restaurant was empty without a single customer except us during this time.

Went there several times hoping it will improved. But nope. The first time I went there when newly open the burger was OK. Staff was not that friendly. There was like only 2 customers eating there. Then second and third time when I try order but there are like 2 or 3 items not available. So I cancelled. Then the forth time go there I eat the chicken wings. Quality is so so. No other customer the entire time! It was dinner time but no customer! The fifth time I go there. Try order one of the burger but not available! So no choice but order chicken wings. Also no other customer the whole time! I am sure this outlet will closed its door.

Frankly, I hardly want to comment when the food is beyond what I like but... 1. The burger patties are dry, not tasty 2. The burger itself has only pickles, onions and some veg which are quite pathetic 3. The size is small 4. The buffalo's wing meat is tasteless... taste only on the skin. Not marinated. 5. EXPENSIVE and overrated I can only hope the owner revisit the menu. Otherwise, it's just a matter ofc goodbye.

I know it's only fast food, but the Burger was cold, staff was rude when I told them the bun feels like it just came out of the fridge, not off the grill. Meat tastes like it was reheated. At least the fries were hot. I have always enjoyed Fatburger on previous trips to JB.

First of all i love fat burger so much. When i first entered the branch i saw the quad challenge, i asked the cashier for it then he said that they don’t have it for somewhy. Secondly i asked him for an extra sauce then he said extra charge and i said ok, then he suddenly said i can’t provide it because it only comes with the chicken tenders then i told him give me 4 tenders and i made the order. 2 minutes later he came and said they don’t have it and i asked for a refund them he said we don’t give refunds. I told him that i want my money back and he started talking in his own language. Horrible dealing with customers. So unprofessional and terrible experience. The hosts name is Amirul.
