I eat sushi frequently at many different places, and I have to say that NYKO's is the best I've ever tried. I’m willing to go out of my way to wait until I get home to enjoy their sushi. The service is fantastic as well. Be sure to ask for their special rolls that aren’t on the menu, like the Volcano Roll, which you can customize to your desired level of spiciness. The Hawaiian Roll, Uptown Roll, and the new Guacamole Roll are also outstanding!
