Panera Bread - Johnstown

Had friends from the city yesterday and they decided to have breakfast at this Panera in Johnstown. We were all very disappointed by some things you should consider. They don't drink coffee, so they ordered Pepsi as their drink proposal. There was no pepsi in the well machine. My friend told two different people who said they had someone to fill it up for him. We sat almost an hour and no one came to fill the pepsi for them. What disgusted us was the ladies' room. There was an employee who changed clothes and combed her long hair in the handicap rod. When I came in, her boots and a lump of her long dark hair placed on the floor. There was no toilet paper in there. So I decided to go to the other stable, and what was left was sitting on the floor!!! How disgusting and disgusting. No toilet paper in both stands in the toilet paper area hanging on the wall. I mentioned it to an employee who assured me that someone would take care of this problem. But that didn't happen during our visit. One employee told me they were short-occupied, but such things should not be overlooked!! Very disappointed to say the least. I honestly expect a better cleanliness and a better service from Panera.

Popular place, good food, but more bussers needed to clear/clean tables! Also, if you don't get there before 5PM, they run out of some specials.

Nicole was so nice! I was greeted immediately upon walking in, even though she was busy with morning tasks. As soon as I was ready to order, she multitasked to get my order and continue what she was doing. She still was able to provide options and check me out swiftly. I haven't been here in awhile, so it was refreshing to see and makes me want to come here more often again.

When you first go into Panera bread, you first are hit with the wonderful aroma of the food! Love going in there! There were a couple people in line, but did not have to wait very long at all. Then I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff to take my order. The order took maybe 5 minutes to get ready, but normally that time is taken getting the drinks and finding a place to sit anyway. Had a flatbread Chicken Chipotle pizza and a Greek salad. Both were super Yummy! It was quite busy when I went, but was really clean and atmosphere was not loud at all despite the number of people in the restaurant. Thank you for a Great Visit!
