Extremely slow and they leave 4 people in the lobby without recognizing each of us for 10 minutes

Every time I visited this place, the service was at least friendly and the eating was hot and fresh. can't ask much more about an almost food community. Unfortunately, there is something else they can and should expect, the accuracy of the job. Despite the additional steps to check their order on the screen before the processing, my orders had items missing each time. comes both when passing through and catching through. I'm glad they're good enough to take care of it, but I wish it didn't happen. I imagine that many customers in a hurry do not interfere, check before they go. So they definitely take the time to do this when they stop here! Moreover, the facility was quite clean and they make sure they get a lot of spices, serviettes and so.

To this fast and short, wrong eating not always hot, bad service, rude staff. not to mention, much overpriced, but this is next to the point

Unfortunately, something else you can and should expect is order accuracy. Despite even having the extra step to review your order on screen before processing, my orders have had items missing every single time. Happens both at the drive-through and pucking up inside. I am glad they are nice enough in taking care of it, but wish it wouldn't happen in the first place. I imagine a lot of customers in a hurry don't bother to check before they leave. So definitely take the time to do so if you are stopping here! Besides that, the facility has been reasonably clean. And they do make sure you get plenty of condiments, napkins, and such.

Well....took a chance and ordered from this location again. Big surprise, didn't get a drink I ordered. Asked for the jalapeno sauce on my tacos. One was literally DRENCHED in it. One of my 3 tacos had lettuce.....ordered no lettuce. Maybe the employee who made my order was starving because I got half an order of my nacho bell grande. A quick search on social media shows that the manager here doesn't care to appease to customers and now have stolen and or disposed of a customers daughters purse. This place is an absolute joke. If you work here after 9pm, you need a serious reality check on the meaning of a job. Get your act together. Employees, in store management , as well as area management. I'll be filing a complaint to corporate repeatedly until changes are made.Not sure when it happened. Maybe post COVID. This place used to be fast, precise, and all around a good experience, especially for a fast food place.Now? My order is almost never correct. Either missing items for the actual food order, or very simple items like straw or napkins/silverware aren't included. They constantly have issues with their door dash device or they are turning it off. This is also pretty much guaranteed if you order after 10pm. Store hours say til 2am, door dash app shows the store being closed random times between 10-12 in the evening. The night crew really needs help. Orders aren't handled with care, quesadillas look like road kill just thrown in the bag....I avoid ordering from this location if it's an option.
