Mcdonald's - Johnson City

I would rate this restaurant 5 stars, but I've noticed that the staff can be a bit lazy at times. I ordered a McChicken and a large fry through DoorDash tonight. The sandwich was great, but unfortunately, the fries were soggy and cold. It's not that difficult to serve fresh fries to customers.

Late-night snacks are a delight here! I really enjoy it when the same guy is on shift—he's got some great Beastie Boys vibes going on, making it fun with his little performances of "So whatcha whatcha whatcha want!" He's fantastic at what he does. I've never had an order mixed up at this location, and the staff is always friendly. The food is consistently hot and delicious. Overall, I give it a perfect score: 5/5!

The staff at this restaurant seems indifferent to their customers, intentionally making them wait in line. I waited 15 minutes just to have my order taken, and after moving forward one car, I had to wait another 15 minutes. As soon as I could escape the line, I did. I noticed at least four employees working behind the two windows as I drove past, which was completely unacceptable. The place is poorly managed and underperforming. No restaurant should leave a customer feeling hungry, but that’s exactly how I felt tonight, and I was incredibly frustrated with them.

My wife and I went thru and all I ordered was a large coffee. My wife was driving with me in the front passenger seat. When the woman handed the coffee the lid was not on properly and she burned herself. The person in the window just smiled and asked Oh I'm sorry would you like another one? I was enraged. She never asked if she was OK. She never asked if we needed napkins or showed any kind of concern. We pulled around to the other side of the building to clean up the mess it made inside of the car. I needed more napkins so I went back in to ask for more napkins. I stood at the counter for what seemed like five minutes and I hollered at one of the counter people and asked if I could get some napkins and the person I think was the manager got very rude with me. I then told her what happened and she said it was my wife's fault the coffee lid wasn't on properly. I'm contemplating legal action. I will NEVER go to this or any McDonald's again!

There place was a mess yesterday there where like more than 4 people drive off an then when I finally made it to window to get my coffee I was heated that ur management team was not helping at all for this service an I got cussed an called a mother fuker this is uncalled for an will not happen again I promise u this so please share this on cause I'm done playing games with mc Donald's ur a greedy company that won't pay it's employees enough wages to make it at all shame on you as a company do better an get ur shiiiiiiiit together
