Latham House - Jersey City

This is truly a homey place. The owners have lived in Jersey City and worked in the industry for years. And it shows!!! They treat you like family and the food is exceptional. My favorite is the Greens and Grains. You can add chicken or salmon and I won't be surprised if you ask for steak and they would do it for you. Kris is that type of gal. If you are Latin like me her sarcasm might elude you. But one thing is for sure she is pure love. It's the perfect place to have dinner and have a conversation. Call me old fashioned but I can't talk over Rihanna. Thanks guys for the great food and perfect ambience.

2nd time this week I've been here. I don't rave about places a lot but, I would come here over and over again. Not just for the food (which is amazing, and I know good food) but for the service. So good!! Great simple menu, hearty food, superb service both in dining room and kitchen, reasonable prices. MUCH better than the other new places in the neighborhood that focus only on what they look like and serve horrible food! This place looks and tastes good!

It is by far best addition to our neighborhood in a longtime food amazing wonderful choices . Cocktails are great service on point and the bread pudding is my daughters fav and for a 6 year old that's a big plus . She eats only fine dining and it's yummy every time . Go with friends go with family .5 stars plus
