Banana King - Jersey City

Banana King is always strong. Consistent food with other BK chains. Friendly staff. Only 4 stars for the atmosphere, only because the bathrooms need good cleaning and maintenance. Swallow!

Worst place to go to on lunch break, staff is slow, too slow, especially when the place is so empty compared to any other Banana King. Do not prepare orders as taken. Ticket times off, 15 mins for a shake with only 3 ppl in the place You can order online and you food still isn?t ready. Manager lady always seems to be doing inventory on during 11-11:30 when my class take break. Place is a one man show.

Why would you accept it? Not everyone eats pork, thanks for my time and money.

I have many times this place has female employees who NOT SPEAK English. I don't understand why this person is kept in the register. I ordered several times and received incorrect orders. MANAGER is NIE @the company. Always the non-English speaking only speaks Columbian. When you talk to her, she won't answer back as if she understood what you ordered. It gives you another customer order instead of your order. You spend money to buy what you want to eat, but these Banana KingDOES NOT CARE for customers. If they are there for customers, these kinds of situations would not occur and hard-working honest American money. I see the bad reviews that this place has received and God only knows how they are still in business. Their beef is NOT BEEF (actual beef) it is MINCED NOT GROUNDED i MINCED, so who knows what is actually in the supposed what they call beef empqdq. Really poor customer service. The cashier tried to solve, but the answer of the boss was? will take a while to cook your food, you need to wait and your money can't be refunded?. Very disappointed by staff and their customer service. The owner should have a better reactive staff. We didn't want any AC, but it was impossible.
