Burger King - Jeffersontown

I waited 10 minutes to place an order and another 10 to get it. The staff was not welcoming. There was only one vehicle in front of me, and the parking lot was not full. They had the person in front of me on hold for some time to complete their order.

6/18 @418pm. The woman at the drive thru was terribly rude. Didn't ask about sizes and didn't let us finish our order before interrupting and asking us to pull around. At least the food was fresh.

The food was decent, and the staff never rude to is, but the professionalism behind the counter with the language is ridiculous, especially if families are coming in.

Very slow drive-thru and employees are rude and dysfunctional 90% of the time and even worse they now charge .50 cents for a small water this place is pathetic
