I love this place. The ice is soft and light. The hours are comfortable.

The service was very slow. We have a medium of snowball. And one little snowball. Both had wedding cake syrup sugar free. It was $8. I thought it was too expensive. I don't think we'll be back soon.

Honestly, my favorite snowball stand in the New Orleans area and I have all lived my life here. The girls or always nice to my kids, even if I stay in the car. The filled snowballs are my favorite. The strawberry with cheesecake is crazy.

Always stop when in town, but today was not so tasteful. Ask for Ice Cream taste like lemon.

I normally love this snowball stand . The ice is impeccable but just a note to the owner, went the night of 3/13 and you were likely training new employees. One girl had two new employees. As you can see in the picture my snowball had ice with no syrup. I had also asked for condensed milk and she gave me one pump of condensed milk. I did mention this to her and said is that all that I get she looked at me dumbfounded and handed me my snowball. I then got my car to mix my snowball and noticed the lack of syrup. I would have come to the window but it was closing and they had **** the window. This is early snowball season so just wanted to give you a heads up. I don 't want to have to find another snowball stand because normally I love this place. Customer service is key to keeping a good business and teenage employees can ruin it for you if not careful.
