Burger King - Jasper

I don't typically like Burger King. It's what my husband wanted. I wanted to create a review because this location was nice. Clean. Newer. Good service. Food was fresh and warm. It's still fast food but for a quick trip it was a good option.

I ordered my food and they gave me the wrong food and then on top of that when I tried to contact them to fix it they had the phone off the hook I paid $21 for food I can’t eat due to allergies they clearly

On multiple occasions they have given me the wrong Sandwich not only is the wrong Sandwich a cheaper Sandwich and chopper Sandwich and charged me for the more expensive food I feel ripped off every time they do that to me when I use doordash it's

Went by at 9:48 on Sat night. Ordered a milkshake and was told they had broke down and closed their ice cream machine at 9:30 for the night. When asked if they close at midnight she said yeah but closing is a lengthy process. So I guess the 18 minutes it takes to close down the ice cream machine can’t be done close to closing time ?‍

Food was good. Service was okay; had to tell drive thru person several ti.es what we wanted. Drive thru at order board and pickup window very icy.
