Jack's - Jasper

I visited the restaurant with my grandchildren and unfortunately had a negative experience. There was a cockroach crawling across the counter. When I asked the person taking my order to deal with it, he said it wasn't his responsibility. He came off as quite arrogant, and I wasn’t impressed with his attitude. It was really disappointing.

I visited the drive-thru since I live so nearby. When I got home, I noticed there was grease on the top of my bun, and my fries were definitely old. My husband ordered the two-piece fried chicken, and it also looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I understand it's fast food, but I honestly expected better quality.

I ordered a grilled chicken BLT salad, but when I got home and opened the box, I discovered there was no chicken or bacon on it. I brought it back, even without a receipt, and they made it right for me.

Worst hamburger ever. Double hamburger with dry patties 1/8 inch thick. No cheese. Cold. . Gas station microwave burger would have been way better.

Jacks is always been a great place to stop and eat but for some reason this time it seems very unorganized behind the counter and in the back . Not sure if it was to many people or not enough guidance or leadership. Sometimes you have to have 1 person incharge with the ability to be direct and keep things at 100 percent. And they had a small group of young employees sitting inthe lobby talking about work and other things. It seems they just need a little help at getting back to they way it use to be..
