Gochisou Pizza - Japan

Excellent pizza for vegan and not. friendly staff and great service. cool mood. a little expensive.

I wish I could give this restaurant 5 stars, but they also offer non-vegan options. However, this is hands down the best vegan pizza I have ever had (and I live in Singapore where vegan options are limited). The crust is perfectly crispy and chewy, showing that this restaurant truly understands and loves pizza. The vegan toppings are incredibly generous, with sun-dried tomatoes adding a flavorful punch. The roasted sweet potatoes are perfectly sweet, and who knew that cauliflower could taste so good on a pizza? The cashew cheese sauce has just the right amount of creaminess to satisfy any cheese cravings. This vegan pizza is out of this world.

The dough at this restaurant is incredibly soft and fluffy, and the staff is very accommodating. The cashew cheese is delicious and melts perfectly. Prices are reasonable for a snowy town.

The pizza is expertly crafted with a fusion of local ingredients, giving it a unique flavor. The atmosphere has a cool, hipster vibe.
