We had enjoyed a very nice meal at Fioris several months ago so decided to go again for our son's birthday. Hmm. The pizzas were way overcooked. A pasta dish seemed to float on a cream sauce oozing with condensed milk. We know it can be good here but our last meal left us wondering about going back.
Traditional wood fired pizza. Tuesday night is pizza night with very good price for a quality pizza. Plenty of topping so you will not be dissappointed, dine in available and take away is prepared very fast.
We had our anniversary dinner here and it was lovely. Despite living in the area, this was the first time we had been here, and it definitely won't be the last. The food was lovely, the portions a decent size, the atmosphere was nice.
We live close by, but don't often eat at Jannali very often. The garlic pizza to start was good, plenty garlic and mozzarella (a must if you like both). The main were off the specials list; Surf'n'turf and the pulled pork pasta. Both were good. The best bit was the taster of the mushroom soup we were offered; it tasted great on a cold night.Unfortunately the desert was a little to cold and tough to get a spoon into. It sounded great on the menu, but was very 'superarket' when it arrived.Overall, the place was buzzing, good friendly local staff, good food (in the main). It's safe to say we'll be back. 3/5 is more a reflection of the dessert.S,
