I came in to place a to-go order and was greeted and checked in before I even reached the counter. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options. I appreciated that all vegan items were clearly labeled on the menu. I loved that they had a variety of hummus flavors and specials on the Saturday menu. I decided to try the grape leaf wrap, which was ready within 3 minutes of ordering and was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

I believe the title says it all. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, especially for family restaurants, but every aspect of this visit was disappointing. The waitress forgot to ask us about side dishes, what type of meal we preferred (wrap or platter), and even missed our drink orders. When our meals finally arrived, my girlfriend's wrap had chicken instead of falafel. Unfortunately, they had already taken a bite before realizing the mistake. The staff remade the meal with a few falafels and an abundance of lettuce in the wrap. All the dishes came with tortillas, which I'm not sure is standard for this restaurant or just a mistake during our visit. Despite the mishap, we were still charged full price for the meals. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience was marred by the waitress's errors. This is worth noting for anyone with a plant-based diet.
