Tijuana Flats - Jacksonville

The food is consistently great, the wait staff and managers are exceptional, and everything is delicious!

The waitstaff at this restaurant is outstanding! They are incredibly friendly to everyone, ensuring that the tables and the surrounding area are always clean. Customers are well taken care of, with attentive service provided promptly so that no one is left wanting for anything.

I found the salsa to be a bit bland, so I didn't eat much of it, but my quesadilla was amazing! I also tried a bite of his taco, and it was really good as well. I used the restroom while waiting for him, and it was mostly clean. The place wasn't overly crowded either. I initially got lost trying to find the location because the event listed it as Baymeadows Rd, but Waze said Old Baymeadows. It’s tucked into a corner of the Publix plaza. I also appreciated the art on the ceiling. The manager or team lead, I’m not sure which, checked in on us at the counter and while we were eating. My partner mentioned that his Sprite didn’t have much flavor, so they offered him a Coke instead. I had the strawberry lemonade with light ice, which is always a great choice!

Awesome. I am rarely on this side of town but I love Tijuana Flats. This location is going to make it hard for me because everything was fresh and delicious all the way down to the chips...The young lady Diane or Diale, I couldn't make it out on the receipt was great in receiving me and following up on my order. I truly loved my experience.

The food was great. Fun atmosphere. Awesome Hot Sauce Bar. Very clean. Friendly staff. Music is a little bit too loud.
