Ihop - Jacksonville

A late dinner. the restaurant was quite at this time. our food was hot and tastes great. hunter, our server, delivered great service, and the chef came out to make sure that everything tasted our satisfaction. food: 5/5

That was my second time to eat there. the first time it was only speck, eggs and pancakes. That was good. the second time it was that omelett with bark meat, cheese and avocado and hot paprika. it was so fat, I couldn't enjoy it. I ate this omelet at my local ihop and it was never so fat. that was cold. they were very nice people, but they needed a good cook.

The food was good, but I sat there with my mom and grandmother for 30 minutes before we got to eat. it was very annoying when the mother and daughter who came to us for 15 minutes were served in a better ordered fashion. I didn't even start how dirty and careless this restaurant was. the ventilation that was right above us had black shape. this is disgusting because this air was blown to our food. that is not a secure code.

My husband and I went here. Never again. They’re service is trash. We waited over an hour and when we got our food the waiter never came to check on us. We sat there for a good 30 min after we finished eating waiting for her. I had to get up and ask for her and nobody cared to help me find her. Spent at least 2 hours there waiting on their service.
