So, you are willing to let a customer go without placing after taking the time to stop by inperson? That is dumb business. I ended up going to the Loop and spent more than twice the money. BTW, their pizza is 10 timesbetter than yours.
I placed an order an hour ago. The driver left the store, which is 40 minutes away, but my food still hasn't arrived, even though I live just 3 minutes from the restaurant. I called the store, and they had no issue canceling the order. This has been the worst delivery service and customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I'm really disappointed. I've been ordering from Pizza Hut, but I wanted to give this place another try. Unfortunately, the dough was like cardboard—too thin and lacking substance. The toppings were sparse, and there was hardly any cheese. The dough used to be thick, fluffy, and cheesy! I won't be ordering from here again.
I was really impressed with the service. I called the restaurant at 11:00 PM, and the person on the line was cheerful and very helpful. After I placed my order, he even checked for any available coupon codes, which I appreciate. They delivered right on time, and the pizza was delicious.
The food was OK but if the tracker is telling you your food is ready, wait another 8 minutes before going in because it's really not gonna be ready yet
