Chicken Salad Chick - Jacksonville

The restaurant was so clean and looked brand new even though it's been here for several years. The food was delicious and they had a few new flavors since I'd been. The manager was awesome and really friendly. I'll be back!

I’m a regular at this restaurant and I really appreciate the servers here, but lately I've observed the manager, Mary, treating her staff quite harshly. It’s hard to understand how someone in a management position can speak so poorly to her employees. Aside from that, the food was decent.

I’m officially in love with Chik Salad Chick! The egg salad and Olivia's Old South are fantastic options. The service is quick, and the staff is always incredibly friendly!

- The bread was perfectly toasted—couldn’t have asked for better. - The potato soup was hearty and filled with flavor. - The Vitamin Water here is superior to any other location I’ve been to lately. - The crackers were nice and crispy. - The sandwich was made exactly as it should be. This has become my go-to location. I appreciate how the company actively responds to feedback, and I hope they continue this trend! **Previous Visit:** This was one of the worst CSC locations I’ve experienced. - The bread wasn’t toasted properly; other locations manage to toast it evenly and consistently. - The potato soup had only one small chunk of potato—other places serve it filled with chunks. - The Vitamin Water XXX was overly watery; they need to adjust the machine to dispense more syrup relative to the water. - The cracker packets were stale and unpleasant. - They didn’t automatically include lettuce and tomato on the sandwich, and it felt like they just threw the chicken salad between two slices of bread without any care. Despite being one of my top three favorite places to eat, if this had been my first experience with CSC, I likely wouldn’t have returned.

Delicious food with a wide variety of options and plenty of healthy ingredients. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service!
