Captain D's - Jacksonville

I had a fantastic experience with some amazing people. I really enjoyed my visit, and the food was fresh and delicious.

I was quite disappointed. They forgot all the sauces and desserts, and they even ran out of tea. The atmosphere was eerily quiet. The food wasn't terrible, but I really miss Long John Silver's. Overall, if you're looking for quick and affordable seafood, this place will do, but otherwise, I'm not impressed.

The service was excellent and the food was outstanding! This is by far the best Captain D's I've ever visited! My boyfriend and I placed an online order and picked it up through the drive-thru. The gentleman at the window was incredibly kind; he made sure to greet both of us and asked how we were doing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I can't even begin to describe how delicious the food was—everything was perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. I can't wait to visit again, and I hope the team working has a fantastic day! Thank you for being so wonderful!

Great service. Food was delicious and fresh. I was super happy with everything. Haven't had Captain D's in a long time and it was just like the first time I had it. The woman in Drive thru was so friendly and helpful; that we even had to tell the manager. I don't understand why they're not busy. The food was fresh and Good. People are missing out. Maybe I should not post this, they might start getting busy and things might change. Maybe not! Fresh every time and I don't mind the wait. Is the best. Quick and here you go, is bad!
