Burger King - Jacksonville

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! My first experience with a walk-in order was absolutely fantastic! It was as busy as ever, but the customer service was outstanding! The food was served hot and fresh! This location consistently impresses me. Although I usually order through the drive-thru, stepping inside showed me a whole different level of what these employees do to fulfill our orders. For anyone who typically uses the drive-thru, I highly recommend coming in to witness the incredible teamwork and hustle that goes into making sure everything is perfect. While it can be frustrating to receive the wrong order sometimes, I encourage everyone to get out of their cars and see firsthand how dedicated this team is. I’ve always thought the customer service was excellent, even during my many drive-thru visits, but experiencing the efficiency, speed, and hard work of everyone in the restaurant truly blew me away!

New Management! This Burger King has become my favorite stop when I’m in a hurry and need a quick breakfast before work. The service has improved and is faster than before, and my food was fresh and hot. I really enjoy a hot breakfast in the morning, so this was a definite plus!

I ordered a Whopper with Cheese and Onion Rings at the drive-thru today at 2:33 PM. The cashier asked if I wanted Zesty sauce, and I said yes. When I pulled up to the window and handed him my debit card to pay, I noticed that several minutes went by while he walked around, checked on the order, took other orders, and even moved aside to let his supervisor put in his cash drawer. Finally, I had to remind him that I was still waiting for my debit card back; I pointed out that it was silver. He looked around and eventually returned it to me. I also asked for a receipt, which he quickly provided. He was polite and friendly. However, when I got home, I realized the Zesty sauce was missing from my BK bag. The Whopper with Cheese was delicious, and the onion rings were tasty as well.
