Austin's Soul Food - Jacksonville

This restaurant really needs to improve its customer service. It's 2023, and when you call, no one ever answers! There are no greetings or voicemails during operating hours, which is very frustrating. Even when you drive by during their supposed hours, there's often no one there. I truly hope things get better for them.

I only ordered sides during my visit, and they were fresh, hot, and delicious. I definitely recommend it, but it can be a bit pricey.

The Service was trash!!!! Those ladies up in there just talking and socializing with each other and can't even get the orders right asked for corn bread and didn't even get it. I watched how everyone waited a long time for their food and I went back to get drinks they fixed them and made me wait extra 10 minutes for them. Smh..... they need to really get it together. And not even friendly on top of that I would not refer this establishment. And banana pudding had generic cookies in it.Parking: Parking sucks

Food is delicious! However, sometimes they don’t answer the phone or they might not be open. Best bet to ensure they’re open; is to check on door dash beforehand. But if I’m honest the food was worth the wait!

This PLATE WAS EVERYTHING!!!!Hands down the best oxtails I've ever had. You want be disappointed.
