Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q - Jacksonville

Food has always been good here. Portions are now smaller than before the fire, but I'm also older, so it works out ; The new building was always VERY COLD but visiting today, they did the extreme opposite and it was very warm. Maintenance man showed up while were eating and we heard the AC come on but I barely noticed any difference. Plz make it cold againXD

Brittany was the best. My wife and I came in today for an early dinner. We were seated immediately and with love care. Even though Brittany was covering the hostess desk, she gave us her undivided attention. It truly made for a great experience. We will continue to come to the town center Bono's for her awesome customer service.THANK YOU BRITTANY ? ?

The Turkey was so good loved it. The Brunswick stew was so fresh. Banana pudding was off the charts. Our server Kathryn was so friendly and awesome at her job. She really came through with the banana pudding suggestion. ?Food: 5/5

I brought my family here yesterday to eat after shopping at the mall, and the service was exceptional! My favorite is the three meat salad! It was full of meat and I had plenty of dressing! It was great! My server named Brittney made sure we were taken care of like family and her service was exceptional as well! I didn’t have to wait on more drink and she was very knowledgeable about the items served here! Great service!Kid-friendliness: They cater to kids of all ages!

The service was extremely slow. The food quality sucked. Mac and cheese and fries were NOT fresh. The turkey was subpar and don't pass off brisket as burnt ends. If you don't have it just tell the customer. Worst Bonos in Jax. Would have gotten better service and food at SonnysFood: 1/5
