Fantastic food. We ate at a few restaurants in Jackson and this was def our favorite. Everything we had was delicious and well prepared.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our waitress, Tilly, was exceptional and made everything just right. The food was also outstanding. The pork chop was tender and perfectly seasoned, while the ribeye steak was served in a generous portion. The elk tenderloin was delicious, but the serving size was a bit smaller compared to the other dishes. We celebrated a friend’s birthday here, and the staff surprised us with a special dessert, which was a lovely touch. I also highly recommend trying the cocktails—they're great and reasonably priced.

Aside from the food, the ambiance truly deserves a mention. It has a cozy, regal feel with a golden hue. The breakfast was quite decent—I enjoyed the pancakes and sandwiches. However, what really stood out to me were the furniture, carpet, and lighting; they gave the place a unique vibe that sets it apart from other restaurants. Driving through Jackson in the morning hours (9-10 am) was also a delight, and I'm really glad I decided to stop by this restaurant!

The food was outstanding. The Cowboy Pops were delicious, soft, and full of flavor. The Trout was cooked to perfection and really flavorful. The Ribeye was also flawlessly prepared, but the star of the meal was definitely the Kabocha Squash. I understand that staffing shortages are an issue everywhere, but the service left a lot to be desired. We saw customers who were seated after us receive their drinks before we did. Additionally, there was a piece of onion skin on the Trout dish, and it seemed like the staff didn’t care. I didn't expect a free meal, but I did give five stars because, overall, the food was fantastic. However, we can't keep making excuses for poor service. When I pay that much for a meal, I have certain expectations.
