Starbucks - Jackson

Had a bacon Gouda sandwich. It was warmed, which was nice. But the bread was hard, eggs watery and bland. Not the norm. Husband said same of his. ??‍Coffee was fine, appreciated. Nice location, clean, good service.

My wife always orders the same vanilla latte under hot coffee. On Uber eats you can’t even change this coffee to iced.The past few times we’ve used the highland location they have sent the Uber driver with iced coffee. Please fix this.It should be hot under hot lattes. Thanks for your attention to this issue

This Starbucks just has rude employees. My girlfriend forgot to ask them to add whip cream and you would have thought the world was over.All the employee had to do was put a different lid on it and put some whip cream in.She was just verbally stating that it’s not even 10 am yet. I actually apologized before leaving because I could believe how she was acting over whip cream. I will never go to this location again when there is one down the street.

I always love this Starbucks. I didn't get the White Chocolate Mocha but they are the ones that make it the very best. But the thing I got this time the Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher was pretty awesome. The customer service was also amazing ??!
