The speed getting through the line was amazing, despite how busy they were, and the food was exceptionally good. But best of all, the service was personalized, cheerful, and excellent in every way. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I mean, it's chicken. With the line being as long as it is, they do get you in and out

We ordered curbside on our drive through Jackson and left a bit disappointed. I entered our curbside parking spot number on the app, but after waiting about 10 minutes (and not seeing any staff bring any orders curbside) I decided to go inside where I found my food sitting on a tray behind the counter. I told someone that was my food and they didn't even apologize for not bringing it out to me. If curbside is closed, that is completely fine, but it shouldn't be an option on the app. Our food was cold (obviously it sat for 10 minutes before I came in) and we did find a hair in it. The other thing to note would be our fries weren't filled up all of the way. A disappointing experience to say the least.
