Rally's - Jackson

Terrible customer service. No one was there when I pulled up. I ordered my meal and got to the window to pay. They asked me to pull around and park. I sat in the parking lot for 15 mins before I got out to go check on my order. All the doors were locked. I knocked on the windows. Finally an employee came out with an order but it was not mine. When I asked if it was mine, she acted like my order had been forgotten about my order. She kept walking to another car without stopping to hear what I was asking her. I will never go back.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. Treneal efficiently took my order and it was correct. The rest of the staff were also very friendly.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and it was amazing! I will definitely be returning in the future.

My reason to go to Rally's is their AMAZING LOADED FRIES AND FISH SANDWICH. I haven't been disappointed yet. ??

I went for lunch and my food was served quickly after I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was hot and delicious, not old and cold as I had feared. I will definitely return when I am in the area again.
