Edo Japanese - Jackson

Excellent food and outstanding service! The fish was incredible, and the pricing was just what we anticipated. The generous cuts of fish enhanced the experience even more. This is definitely a fantastic spot, and I'm so glad we decided to stop here!

I had lunch at Edo with my teenage son, and we both absolutely loved it. There were so many sushi options to choose from, and everything was delicious! Our server was incredibly patient with us since it was our first visit, and we had a ton of questions. They were also very polite. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return soon.

I’m really grateful that this restaurant was recommended to me. It’s situated in a small plaza next to a liquor store, and it doesn’t look like much from the outside. However, the sushi was outstanding, and the presentation of the dishes was stunning. If you’re visiting Jackson and have a passion for sushi, dining here is an absolute must. I would give it a perfect 10/10!

The service was wonderful and the sushi and shichimi was delicious. The presentation was so lovely you almost don't want to eat it. I would definitely recommend eating here.

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the ambiance was perfect. Edo is the most authentic Japanese restaurant I've experienced since moving back to the States from Japan.
