They used to be fantastic! Unfortunately, the quality of the food has gone down, the portions have shrunk, and their Alfredo sauce is nearly like water. Plus, the prices are not justified...

The waitress was friendly and attentive. The portions were quite large, but the food was delicious. The bathroom was also very clean.

On our second visit, which was on Saturday the 15th, everything was wonderful again. The staff continued to impress with their friendliness, especially our server, who was one of the most attentive I've encountered in a long time. It seems like the team at this Jackson location is really getting it right. I hope Olive Garden is compensating them fairly because they are going above and beyond what I'd typically expect from a chain restaurant. And I have to mention the calamari—it’s the best you’ll find. The breading, texture, and consistency are top-notch. Even Gordon Ramsay would be impressed with those!
