Little Caesars Pizza - Ripley

The new thin crust is absolutely fantastic! It's incredibly delicious!

We always order the Batman calzony pizza, and it's amazing! We all love the garlicky cheese or whatever it is inside. This week, we tried the five-meat pizza, and it's really good too!

I had to return my pizza, and it turns out that you no longer have a receipt. I was told that if a charge is made, a refund should be issued. Now, a month later, I have to provide my bank statement as proof. They are still refusing to offer a refund and instead insist on making more food. This has been a terrible experience. I ended up with no product or service, and they took my money without issuing a refund!

I will not let you keep my refund! We returned a pizza because it was not good, and you refuse to give me my money back. This is unacceptable. A month later, I have provided proof that I haven't been refunded, but it seems like you’re still making things difficult. The owner even asked for my address to send a check. THIS SHOULD BE A SIMPLE REFUND! This is poor business practices. The employees didn't look clean, and I no longer want to eat here.

The service is consistently quick, courteous, and attentive. The food is always served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!
