If you want an awesome experience and great food this is the place. Everything I have tried has been delicious and customer service is always 10+. They catered my sons rehearsal dinner recently and everyone raved about the food. Barry is a dream to work with...went over and above what was expected. This is a hidden gem in Jackson.....

The Chicken Rice Queso here is off the chain good! Tonight, paired with the best Godiva White Chocolate and Kahlua Bread Pudding I've ever had on my taste buds, was a decent carry out meal. Service was great, order was ready upon arrival, and the food was fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back for a Dine In.

Absolutely FABULOUS!! As a chef I always look at reviews for local restaurants when I'm traveling. I look for the unusual, and unexpected. It is HERE!! I had the shrimp and crawfish chimichanga with the charro beans and poblano rice, it was perfectly executed. Presentation, and temperature of the food were spot on. Kudos to the chef and to the inspiration behind the concept. Waitress was fabulous! I desperately wanted to try the smoked duck tacos but there was no room lol. I'll be back and that will be my next adventure with Coyote Blues!! #cajunmexican
