I tried dining there twice, and both times my orders had issues. When I called to report these problems, he grudgingly addressed them. During our second conversation, he proclaimed that I claimed my salad wasn't prepared correctly and lacked cheese. He proceeded to speak to his staff, asking who had made the salad and whether they had added cheese, reiterating that my salad had neither cheese nor bacon. He remarked that they needed to improve because “this lady on the phone” said her salad was wrong. I was taken aback that a manager would handle the situation this way. This location clearly needs retraining immediately. I could make a better salad myself; what I received had barely a pinch of cheese. I've been to other Burger King locations where the salads look much better. It's obvious that a salad should have more cheese on it. All I could taste was the awful chicken and limp lettuce, which was old and definitely not crisp.
I had to wait a while to pick up my food during my visits. The food was decent, but the staff's service was just average. Hopefully, next time will be better.
The indoor dining experience was great, and the service was incredibly friendly! I received my Double Whopper, complete with meat and bun, in just 45 seconds!
I arrived and had to use the drive-thru since the inside was still closed. I was directly behind a car at the speaker, and there were four more cars ahead of it. It took me 8 minutes to reach the speaker, and I was put on hold three times before I could even order (I never got to place my order). After sitting there for 12 minutes, a car behind me speeding past and went straight to the first window. At that moment, there was only one other car at the second window. I tried calling inside but reached the voicemail three times. Keep in mind, this was not during peak hours; it was a little after 2:00 PM. This was completely unacceptable and the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had!
The employee taking orders at the drive thru has a terrible attitude, and the cost for a whopper meal with cheese was over $10! Unreal and not worth the price. We asked for a receipt because we were in disbelief of such an inflated price, and the employee said she?d give it to us but she didn?t. We also asked for there not to be onions on the sandwich, and of course he had onions. The French fries taste like they?ve been fried in old grease. This location is trash.
