Burger King - Jackson

My coffee had fresh and old grounds in my cup. The lady said she had to do something and I should have come so that they didn't hurry because I didn't mind waiting for my coffee. The coffee tasted bad. The breakfast egg sandwich had limp really fat bacon on it. So I went down to the gas station. Great coffee and good breakfast sandwiches

The service is terrible. I went to my lunch break and wasted my break bc nothing was ready and they told me only after I paid. I waited outside for 5 min bc they said they'd take my food out and never. I went in and there's my food on the counter. My burger was cold and all my stuff was in there. No wonder they don't do business, the service is garbage. You need to be replaced by Wendy? or a chic fil a!

Female cashier, Fantasia, I think her name was rude and obviously didn't want to be at work. I pointed out that water on the floor cleaned from the windows and she said it was because they cleaned windows. I said yes, I see that, but it can be a slippery danger. She shraw her shoulders and took no action. I almost left, but not. She took my simple order and couldn't make the milkshake. A wonderful, friendly young man, Cadman, I think was his name, brought my hamburger and made the shake. Of course, she didn't try to learn how to do the shake itself. Attitude is everything in customer service.

The wait was to long..Was not greeted neither did they say anything about the wait being so long. Neither did she say thank you. Just handed the bag out the window without one word very rude....

Had to try the new foe whopper. I could tell it wasn't beef first bite. It was still decent tho. I'd eat one again. Love the burgers.
