Gather Jackson Hole

Good salad and trout. Korean marinated Ribeye was hard. Prosciutto in the endivalate was also hard. This restaurant should spend more money on high-quality meat.

We went to Gather tonight and my husband really wanted a bison and I'm a food and vegetarian and I thought her menu looked delicious. The service was exceptional! The server was over everything, food came so fast and was so delicious! Very impressed and my husband who doesn't care how food tastes, said it was one of the best steaks he ever had!

Bravo to employees and our server Noah!! very informative, attentive professional! Not only did our own server check for us, but also 2 others, we felt very welcome food was the best we ever tasted. No lie. The ambience and interior design 10/10. Would recommend the house cut frits, truffle pasta, gather burgers and chocolate flourless cakes! Would like to check over again and try more from their menu!

We sat in the outside area that was made beautiful. Food, service and drinks were all amazing! Loved the wild mushroom toast, truffle pasta and apricot salad with salmon.

Highly recommend this place. Our server Mike F. was pleasant and attentive throughout the meal. The portion size is generous. I loved the crispy Brussels. There were cranberry and pumpkin seeds and cheese in it. It was very tasty. The endive salad with prosciutto was refreshing. The best part was my entree Bison short rib. The meat was so tender and juicy. It was cooked perfectly. I didn't need the sauce for the meat. It was flavorful by itself. My husband got the trout. He liked it. It was a big fish for sure. I was a little disappointed in the dessert menu. They were very creative about the regular menu. I'd thought the dessert should be interesting too. But after all it was a fantastic dining experience.
