Przekaż informację zwrotnąHad the pleasure to eat here as part of a large group that booked the restaurant. the waiting staff was very attentive and circulated with hors d’oeuvres (bisontar, fischcrudo, garnel) and drinks on the covered veranda. the meal was served family style on three long tables and it was nice to have different salads and entrees (pork, huh, fish.) the star dessert was a delicious carrot cake that was layered and complicated.
The Idaho trout was tasty. It was served skin side up and I found the skin surprisingly not edible. The rice was very starchy and clumped together. The pear pickles thwarted of pure vinegar. Overwhelmed the pear taste.
The waiter was very attentive- in fact too attentive. He seemed to not pick up or ignore clear signs we were not in a rush. We were not taking too long nor was there a need for our table.
We are out in jackson hole and this restaurant was recommended by spring creek ranch where we stay. the eating was amazing and was presented so beautiful that we all get pictures of our. service was also wonderful! a certain one has to visit jackson get.
