Przekaż informację zwrotnąTLDR: Best Dinner in Jackson Wyoming. We stayed five days in Jackson and were mostly underwhelmed with the dinners we had. Some of the restaurants we ate were highly recommended by tour guides and we found the taste to be pale and the prices for the quality of meals are outraged. Last night we thought about food, but instead decided to try the Whistling Grizzly we found on Google Maps. The reviews seemed promising, so we decided to give him a shot. This meal was FANTASTIC. The service was phenomenal. The trout drop appetizer was phenomenal. The Elk Tenderloin was the best meat I ever had. The carrot cake is amazing (I usually don't like carrot cake and I would go back to eat it). The fact that this was the simplest restaurant for us to make a reservation this week is crazy. Next time we're back in Jackson.
The food was amazing. The cowboy pops were really good, soft and tasty. The trout was perfectly cooked and had good taste. The Ribeye was also perfectly cooked, but the winner was the Kabocha Squash. I understand that there is a lack of personnel everywhere, but the service was not great. People who sat after us got drinks before us. There was a piece of onion skin on the trout dish. They didn't care. I wasn't looking for a free meal. I had 5 more stars because it was great overall. But no more excuses for a bad service. If I pay so much for a meal, I have expectations.
Quaint Hotel Resturant with enormous taste! Every dish came out that look lovely! Everything was filled with layers of taste and colors that jumped off the plate!
Food aside is the ambience to mention. Cosy, rainy, golden. Breakfast was decent, had pancakes and sandwiches. But the furniture, the carpet and the lighting stood out for me, unlike other restaurants, it has a pronounced mood. Jackson was also amazing to drive by during the morning (9-10), very happy to have driven and stopped from the restaurant in Jackson.
We had a wonderful experience here. Tilly was our waitress and she made everything perfect. The food is also awesome. The pork chop is tender and well seasoned. The beef (ribeye) has a generous portion. Elk tenderloin is tasty but the portion size is a little small compared to others. We celebrated one of our friend's birthday here and the staff prepared a surprise dessert for us which was really nice. Also I recommend the cocktails here. The price is very reasonable.
