Stalls did not work. Order was not correct and after waiting for 45 minutes between changing Stalls twice and then going thru the drive thru I was done. Just wanted to get home. Second time I've regretted going to sonic. And sonic has always been my favorite place to eat.
HORRIBLE!!! So I pull up to the drive up speaker and waited 10 minutes just to get told that they couldn't take my order but that there was other cars sitting there getting their food/order taken I didn't want to ask for a manager or anything because I don't think it won't get anywhere. sonics DM or franchise owner please fix this!!!
The menu cared reader didn't work thety come out with food and you give them your card. They that take the food back with them so they can run your card. Poor way of customer service.
I had ordered ahead on the app in order to get the half price shake deal after 7:00 p.m. when I got to the Sonic and pulled into a stall it gave me an error message when I tried to check in. So we hit the button and the girl gives a real short message about how the drive-thru is the only thing open unless we had ordered ahead of time. We tried to respond yes we did order ahead of time but she just stopped responding to her she just cut us off. We had to hit the button so many times to get her attention again. She tried to give the same stupid spiel but we cut her off and told her we had an online order. She swore up and down the only way she could find our order was by our name on the receipt. The only receipt you get is online and it doesn't have a name only an order number. She was extremely sarcastic and rude and I think she thought we didn't really have an order. When she finally asked us what our order was and what my my name was she found out order and of course it had been made like an hour ago at this point. They didn't offer to remake it. The fries were soggy when they were supposed to be the crunchy groovy fries. And the shakes were completely liquid. Thankfully everything at the very least still tasted good. At least they can follow a recipe if not have any customer service skills at all. I was seriously disappointed.
