It didn't seem like making a reservation on Open Table mattered, as that was what was said to me when we arrived. I did the reservation to try to plan a fun birthday celebration for my partner, who had to hear me explicitly say that to the staff member. Then, the occasion was never once acknowledged while we were there. I could have spent a whole lot less money on that dinner and actually gotten a celebratory vibe. They don't seem to understand service very well.
