OTR is a great shop. Staff are friendly and helpful and the cigarettes are reasonably priced. Thanks for being there for me, 24/7 its wonderful.
Their eftpos machines stuffed up and charged me 3 times for a tank of fuel. When I informed them about it they would not return the money insisting that it was not their fault. Bank statements clearly had that the money had gone to Irymple OTR.
It's a usual BP. Good food selection inside, for a service station.
Only passing through but Pedr is the man! Nicest bloke, chatty, catering to my many floors, wish there would be more OTR in VIC and they all had at least one of him in each of them
