Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Irvington

This location has the best chicken of all the locations I've ever been to. The chicken is always hot fresh, I've never had a long wait. My only problem is why does management let people panhandle inside the facility. I don't mind helping people sometimes, but sometime times I can barely afford my own lunch. That is truly a turn off and the reason I don't come here often, usually it's at the drive threw but today it was inside, can a Sista get a break!!!!!!!

Ordered online thru Yelp. Missing sides and sauces. Called the store no one answered. Smh horrible service

Though the delivery was timed fairly and food was still hot. Grub hub needs to check receipts. My soda was missing from my order. Tired of being cheated during Covid.

I ordered on the app my first time ordering, after waiting for an hour for the delivery person to arrive for the pickup (btw the driver drive there) upon his arrival the attendant advised the driver to cancel my order. Wtf I'm very upset and disappointed because I didn't prepare anything else for my family to have for dinner. So very unprofessional.

DANGEROUS, keep away. Drive through at 11:20 pm, 5-6 people hovering around the drive through area, soliciting for money, tapping on our window and kept staring at us whispering to each other. Four adult men in the car and we felt very unsafe. There for about 10 min and felt excessively more dangerous as time went on. Eventually aborted the mission for fear of our safety....not worth a chicken sandwich.
