Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever. Waited forever to speak to someone and then they tried to give me someone else’s food…will never go there again

Went through the drive- thru about 1:00 am today. Ordered Mexican pizza and two supreme tacos meal. I get home open the pizza and it is a total mess. The filling looked like dried up beans. One side was significantly higher the the other. The filling was lumpy and dry, the shell was broken, and there was basically no topping The tacos were supposed to have sour cream and there was none. I had to add the sour cream once I got home. I called the store and asked for the name of the person who made this and was advised Miracle. I then asked for the manager that would be on tomorrow and was told I could not get that information and that she was “being nice” by giving me the name of the person who made the meal. Because it is so late I will be returning tomorrow to speak with management.

Issues with ordering/getting people's attention. Not a fan of the self order kiosk especially when one is broken

Please check ur food bag bc they're gonna not give u what u ordered. Should be ashamed! Paid $16, only get 2 items out of the 4 items I've ordered.

This taco Bell reminds of what Taco Bell quality was 15 years ago. This is the best taco Bell I have ever been to. The tacos are actually stuffed full enough that the taco doesn't get squished in the bag. Someone who works here makes the food with genuine love and it shows.
