And my medium extra expresso coffee was all creamer. It was nasty and I threw it away, but on other occasions everything was perfect. They must've been having a bad day or training someone. I will be going back and soon.
I don?t typically leave reviews, however today Eric/Erik?s attitude was absolutely exceptional, we had to be sure to ask for his name prior to taking off just so we could provide him with a shout out! His positivity was extremely refreshing and left my family with all smiles and excellent customer service. We would love for him to get acknowledged, it is rare to come across someone with such an upbeat persona, especially on a holiday weekend ???? We will be returning customers to this location solemnly on his work performance.
I?ve rarely had an experience at any drive-thru as I had at this location. Amy gave exceptional customer service from the time I placed my order to the time I pulled off. She was the ?Dunkin? experience.? Nails pained in their colors, Dunkin? hair tie, and nice as could be. We need more Amys every where during these times. Way to go, I?ll surely be back because of her.
Stopped in the drive-thru on my way home on August 20th, 2022 for some coffee and donuts. There was only one worker but he was awesome. He was even singing to us and had a great positive attitude! ????What ever you pay him is not enough. Thank you sir.
At 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon my daughter and I stopped by and she wanted to use the walk-up window. We watched the two workers look at us multiple times but after about 6-7 minutes of standing there with no service we gave up and left. I guess they don't need my business.
