I noticed signs both outside and inside indicating that the restaurant was reducing its hours and would close at 3 PM. I arrived at 2:45 PM, waited in line for five minutes, and was then turned away just ten minutes before the closing time. The staff member did not provide any warning while we were waiting in line and refused to give us a name to contact a manager. This is an unacceptable way for a business to operate.
