Milio's Sandwiches - Iowa City

Not bad, sammies. better than subway or jimmy john’s, but jersey mike’s and firehouse subs are much better imo. standard sub shop tariff also with suppen. the prices are comparable to other sandwich shops. I wouldn't go out of this place for this place, but if it were in the neighbourhood, it would be a nice lunch break.

The last two times I've ordered from here I got hard bread. No meat on a sandwich and it took forever to get the sandwiches delivered I live literally like four blocks away. The person taking my order was very rude. She asked if I wanted to add a tip for the driver. When I said no she asked again. Then she said really rudely, I had planned to give tip at door. Then I was over charged. I asked to sub for cheddar but got charged for it .

We’ve used this location many times over the last couple of years. The sandwiches are generally decent and fairly priced. Delivery used to take around 30 minutes or so. However, in the last 6 months or so the delivery service has really degraded. On three occasions the delivery has taken nearly 2 hours to arrive and the sandwiches suffer in quality because of it. On another occasion, our order never arrived. One day we randomly received someone else’s order who lives a street over. I may still visit this location for pickup, but I will never recommend using them for delivery after these experiences.

I ordered my food at 6:08am for delivery at 11:45am. i had to leave before it even got there but my boss texted me and said it got there at around 12:35pm thats not acceptable. I didnt even eat lunch today. Cause it didn't get there when i was thereon time. Usually you guys get it there way before hand the time and faster then Jimmy Johns too. Why haven't you got soups in yet? This is a totally let down and i might not be come back. Im very disappointed in the service today!

Sandwiches are uniformly good. They're quick and seem clean. This is my go to place for a quick, tasty meal.
